I had read somewhere that one’s shadow is the longest at mid-career. Post that, if it has to grow any longer, you have to change track. After 22 years as a global HR practitioner, I am now setting out with renewed vigor to scale additional pinnacles.
While I continue to support institutions with the HR dynamics specific to every organisation. I also see an addition in my life’s purpose – to create a strong pipeline of new-age, next-generation HR leadership through active mentoring and knowledge exchange. I aspire to use my personal expertise and strong industry network to help young and dynamic Indian talents achieve global leadership positions.
 It also feels immensely satisfying to create an opportunity to give back to the fraternity that gave me knowledge, experience and incredible learning of human nature and relationships.
